Rebozo therapy is a traditional Mexican therapy that involves the use of a long, woven cloth called a Rebozo. The therapy is used to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, pain relief, and create comfort during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. However, it is not only limited to these conditions as it can be highly therapeutic for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, or PTSD.
The rebozo is wrapped around the body, and is used to gently rock, shake, or massage the body. Rebozo wrapping from head to toe is where multiple Rebozos are wrapped around the entire body, creating a cocoon-like effect for a sense of safety. Yoni steaming, also known as vaginal steaming, is a complementary practice that involves exposing the vulva and vagina to steam generated from a mixture of water and herbs. The practice has been used historically in various cultures for menstrual and reproductive health, as well as spiritual and emotional well-being. It is mostly known to alleviate menstrual cramps, balance hormones, improve fertility, and treat various gynaecological issues. The process involves the absorption of the medicinal properties of the herbs through the vaginal tissue and promotion of blood flow to the pelvic area.
The client will remove their underwear and sit on a specially designed stool with an opening at the center, allowing the steam to rise up and enter the vaginal area. The client will be assisted in covering themselves with towels and blankets to help contain the steam and create a cozy, relaxing environment. Once settled, you will be left to enjoy your steam alone. The steam session lasts for 20 minutes.

Colonic Therapy
$75 | 30 mins
Ayurvedic Enema, also known as Basti, is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves the introduction of Herbal Oil (decoctions) into the colon through the rectum. This therapy promotes the elimination of toxins from the body, improves digestion, cleanses and balances the Apana Vata Dosha. The Apana Vata Dosha is responsible for menstruation, fertility, urination, bowel movements and child birth; therefore this is highly therapeutic for Gynecological and Hormonal issues.
The procedure involves the use of a small, lubricated nozzle that is inserted into the rectum and connected to a tube through which the enema is introduced. The individual receiving the enema lies on their left side while the solution is slowly infused into the colon. The enema is held in the colon for 3-10 minutes before being released, resulting in a bowel movement (in our toilet on site).
Basti is usually recommended as part of an Ayurvedic Detoxification Program, and is only performed under the guidance of our qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner. A specific diet of Kitchari is prescribed for the 24 hours prior to the enema, as well as a minimum of 4 hours of rest post-enema.
